CIA Triad

• Confidentiality: makes sure data is secured and should be accessed by authorized members within the organization’s respective departments.
• Integrity: Ensures that data within the organization is untampered.
• Availability: This concept can be interchanged and paired with the Integrity concept as this points out that as data must be untampered with unauthorized members, data must also be readily available for the business when they need to.

All 3 of these concepts combined play a significant role to businesses and organizations and are capable of being interchangeable with each other.
